چکیده
Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl is native to the tropical region of Papua Island, Indonesia, and has traditionally been used as a herbal drink, either alone or in combination with other medicinal plants, treat diseases such cancer, hypertension, diabetes mellitus. This study aimed obtain fruit peel extract Boerl. through application ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) variations time amplitude produce optimal conditions. The potential an antioxidant using cupric ion reducing capacity (CUPRAC) ferric power (FRAP) methods, its antidiabetic alpha glucosidase inhibition. optimum selected was C (extraction 45 minutes 60%) IC50 values for activity CUPRAC method 39.63 ± 0.009 mg/L FRAP 77.37 0.8 mg/L, while inhibition 0.45 0.007 mg/L. It can be concluded that ethanol source antioxidants anti-diabetic.

Stereochemistry of lignans in Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl.
Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl., a member of the Thymelaeaceae, is traditionally used in Indonesia as medicinal plant against cancer. In this context, we isolated the lignans pinoresinol, lariciresinol and matairesinol from different parts of this plant. The enantiomeric composition of these lignans was determined by chiral column analysis. Pinoresinol and lariciresinol were mixtures of bo...

متن کاملDevelopment of Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl Fruits Using Response Surface Methodology Focused on Phenolics, Flavonoids and Antioxidant Properties.
In this study, the optimal conditions for the extraction of antioxidants from the Buah Mahkota Dewa fruit (Phaleria macrocarpa) was determined by using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The optimisation was applied using a Central Composite Design (CCD) to investigate the effect of three independent variables, namely extraction temperature (°C), extraction time (minutes) and extraction solven...
